The GV/GC will be ACCEPTED at selected Truefitt & Hill stores (refer to the store locator for details).

Multiple vouchers can be used against one bill.

The GV/GC cannot be combined with ongoing promotions or discounts.

Truefitt & Hill GV/GC is applicable only to services. GV/GCs cannot be used for Truefitt & Hill products, memberships, gift cards, or combo packages.

This is a Truefitt & Hill Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC) and is accepted at selected Truefitt & Hill stores (refer to the store locator for details).

The holder of the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.

Beneficiaries must inform their intent to use the GV/GC before making a purchase.

The GV/GC cannot be combined with ongoing promotions or discounts.

Truefitt & Hill GV/GC applies only to paid services and not to products, memberships, gift cards, or combo packages.

Only valid GV/GCs, at the sole discretion of Truefitt & Hill, will be accepted for redemption.

Multiple vouchers can be used in one bill.

GV/GCs cannot be revalidated once expired.

XO Privilege/Truefitt & Hill or its affiliates are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.

Truefitt & Hill may request valid government ID at the time of redemption.

GV/GCs are accepted at all listed outlets; Truefitt & Hill may add or remove outlets without prior notice.

Truefitt & Hill strives to accept all GV/GCs, but outlets may refuse due to technical or administrative reasons.

GV/GCs cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates; Truefitt & Hill may modify these dates at its discretion.

XO Privilege/Truefitt & Hill or its partners are not liable for compensation if an outlet cannot accept GV/GC; customers must settle the bill.

If a GV/GC is blocked due to technical issues, it will be reactivated within 72 hours.

GV/GCs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, uncashed, or resold.

Any disputes should be referred to the issuing company; their decision shall be final.
