The person who has the Skullcandy GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary

Skullcandy is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission

Skullcandy Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with the GCs in your Skullcandy.in account

No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given

Once the voucher gets added to the e-Pay balance, it can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted or expires

Skullcandy GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situation

Skullcandy GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as may be updated by Skullcandy on its website

Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and their decision shall be final. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction

Skullcandy shall attempt to accept GVs / GCs, but if not accepted due to technical reasons or others beyond control, it shall not be held liable

In no event shall the liability of Skullcandy exceed the value of the GV / GC in dispute

Skullcandy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice

Skullcandy has the final authority on interpreting these terms

Skullcandy may withdraw the GV / GC scheme before the validity period ends without notice

Skullcandy may deny acceptance of any GV / GC suspected to be duplicated
