BIBA Gift Vouchers are valid exclusively for online purchases.

These vouchers can be combined with any ongoing promotions or offers available on the website.

You are free to use multiple vouchers in a single transaction for added savings.

Please note: BIBA Gift Vouchers are not valid at physical retail outlets.
BIBA Terms & Conditions

This BIBA Gift Voucher (GV) or e-Pay balance is valid only for online use on the official BIBA website.

Whoever holds the GV or e-Pay balance is considered the rightful user.

You may convert the GV into e-Pay if preferred.

You can combine multiple GVs and add them to your BIBA e-Pay balance.

Only valid BIBA GVs or e-Pay balances, accepted at BIBA’s sole discretion, can be redeemed.

The e-Pay balance must be linked to your registered mobile number.

e-Pay balances cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form.

Expired GVs or e-Pay balances cannot be revalidated.

BIBA and XO Privilege are not responsible for any unauthorized use if the GV code or account information is shared with someone else.

If your GV or e-Pay balance gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be reactivated within 72 hours.

Any disputes must be taken up with the company from which the GV or e-Pay was issued. Their decision will be final.

BIBA or XO Privilege may suspend or cancel any GV or e-Pay balance if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.

BIBA or XO Privilege may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
