Bata Voucher Usage Guidelines

Gift Vouchers/e-Pay are accepted at all participating physical stores.

These vouchers cannot be redeemed for online purchases.

Vouchers are valid even during sale or promotional periods.

Multiple vouchers can be clubbed together and added to your e-Pay balance for a single transaction.
Bata Terms & Conditions

This is a Bata Gift Voucher (GV) or e-Pay balance, and is valid only at the listed Bata stores.
-
The person who holds the GV/e-Pay is considered the beneficiary.
-
GVs can be converted into e-Pay for ease of use by the holder.
-
Multiple GVs (up to ₹20,000) can be added to your e-Pay balance within 30 days.

Only valid and active Bata GVs/e-Pay balances, at Bata’s sole discretion, will be accepted for redemption.

e-Pay balances must be linked to a registered mobile number.
-
e-Pay balances cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of credit.

Expired GVs/e-Pay balances cannot be revalidated.
-
Bata, XO Privilege, or their affiliates are not responsible for misuse due to shared voucher codes or credentials.

Redemption is allowed only at approved outlets, which may be updated by Bata without prior notice.

Redemption may be restricted on certain blackout dates, as determined solely by Bata.

Bata and XO Privilege are not liable if any outlet declines acceptance; the customer is responsible for completing the transaction.

In the event of a technical error causing blockage of a GV/e-Pay, the balance will be restored within 72 hours.

Any disputes must be directed to the company that issued the GV/e-Pay. The company’s decision will be final.

Bata and XO Privilege reserve the right to suspend or cancel the GV/e-Pay in case of suspected fraud or misuse.

Terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Bata or XO Privilege without prior notice.
