XO Privilege’s EatSure Gift Cards are valid only on the official EatSure app or website.

The gift card balance can be used across multiple transactions until fully redeemed.

These gift cards cannot be combined with promotional offers from third-party aggregators.

You can use your XO Privilege EatSure Gift Card to purchase already discounted items on EatSure.

Gift Vouchers (GVs) are valid only for online orders placed via the EatSure website or mobile app at https://www.eatsure.com/.

The individual using the GV is considered the rightful beneficiary.

GVs are converted into EatSure wallet balance, which can be used partially across multiple purchases.

You can combine multiple GVs and load them into your EatSure wallet.

Wallet balance is linked to your registered mobile number and cannot be transferred.

Please note, Gift Vouchers are different from promotional coupon codes.

GVs cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Neither Rebel Foods Pvt. Ltd., XO Privilege, nor any of their affiliates will be responsible for misuse due to sharing of voucher code or login credentials by the user.

Once issued, GVs are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

Lost or expired GVs cannot be replaced or revalidated.

If your order value exceeds the wallet balance, the remaining amount must be paid via available payment options.

GVs may be rejected in cases of misuse or suspicious activity, at the sole discretion of the issuer.
