Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.2. Orders that have already been processed, dispatched to vendors, or for which shipment has been initiated, shall not be eligible for cancellation.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
2.1. Products of a perishable or time-sensitive nature — including but not limited to food items, flowers, and similar goods — are not eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.
2.2. In exceptional cases, where such products are received in damaged condition or do not meet basic quality standards, a refund or replacement may be issued upon verification.
2.3. If the delivered product matches the description provided at the time of order, and no quality issues are found, the item shall not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
3.1. If any product delivered is found to be damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, the customer must report the issue to our customer support team within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the item.
3.2. The product shall be reviewed by the respective merchant or vendor, and upon successful verification, a suitable resolution such as a refund or replacement will be provided.
3.3. Claims made beyond the 15-day window may not be accepted.
4. Products Covered by Manufacturer Warranty
4.1. For items that are protected under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to directly contact the manufacturer for any warranty-related concerns, including repairs or replacement.
5. Refund Process
5.1. Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 1–2 (one to two) business days.
5.2. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase. Actual posting time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.
