Pantaloons Voucher Usage Guidelines

Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards can be redeemed on any product at participating Pantaloons stores across India.

Multiple Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards can be combined in a single bill.

Valid for use even during sale periods.

Please note: Pantaloons E-Gift Vouchers are not valid at shop-in-shop counters or for jewellery purchases.
PANTALOONSÂ Terms & Conditions
1.This is a Pantaloons Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and can be redeemed for any product at participating pantaloons stores across India. For list of Stores, click here https://www.pantaloons.com/content/store-locators-9?source=firstband
2.Pantaloons GV/GC can only be redeemed only AFTER 4 HOURS from the time of purchase, across listed Pantaloons outlets.
3.The person who has the Pantaloons GV / GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4.More than one GV / GC can be used in one bill.
5.Pantaloons GV / GC can be used during sale.
6.Validity period of the E-Gift voucher will not be extended under any circumstances.
7.Pantaloons Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is redeemable only once and only by the bearer.
8.Pantaloons Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is not valid at shop-in-shops & on jewellery.
9.Pantaloons Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) must be redeemed in full and partial redemption is not allowed.
10.Pantaloons Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/gift card.
11.No duplicate will be issued if Pantaloons E-Gift voucher is lost or misplaced.
12.The bearer of the E-Gift Voucher shall protect the E-Gift Voucher number and PIN to avoid misuse. Pantaloons shall not assume any liability in case the E-Gift Voucher PIN gets stolen/compromised, Pantaloons shall neither replace the e-GC nor refund cash.
13.Any dispute should be referred to the company and decision of the company shall be final.
14.Pantaloons Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) has been issued subject to the terms of the company.
15.Dispute arising in respect of the E-Gift Voucher, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mumbai Court.
16.Pantaloons makes full efforts to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC) but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
17.For any concern, write to customercare@abfrl.aditybirla.com and for any queries / issues related to GV / GC, raise a request at care@xploreorbit.com.
