This is a Jockey Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and is valid only on www.jockey.in

GV/GC is issued to a specific individual and is non-transferable

A maximum of 3 GV/GCs can be used per order

GV/GC is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

It is a one-time use GV/GC; unused balance cannot be redeemed or refunded

Expired GV/GCs cannot be revalidated

Jockey/XO Privilege may change the terms without prior notice

Jockey/XO Privilege is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused GV/GCs

Legal disputes will fall under Bangalore, Karnataka jurisdiction

Jockey’s liability is limited to the value of the GV/GC in question
