You can redeem these Gift Vouchers on both discounted and regular-price products.

Multiple Gift Vouchers can be applied in a single transaction.

These vouchers are valid for use on prestige.com and at all participating Prestige outlets.

For in-store purchases, please present the voucher code to the cashier before the billing process begins.

To use the voucher online, simply add the code to your E-Pay balance during checkout.

This is a Prestige Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) and can be redeemed at listed Prestige Smart Kitchen outlets, Prestige Lifestyle stores, and on the official Prestige website.
For the latest list of participating outlets, please check with XO Privilege support. -
The person holding the GV/GC is considered the rightful user (beneficiary).

Once added to the e-Pay balance, the GV/GC can only be redeemed online at the Prestige website and not in retail outlets.

For in-store use, inform the cashier about your intention to pay via GV/GC before billing begins.

Acceptance of the GV/GC is subject to the discretion of participating outlets. Outlets may be added or removed without prior notice.

The GV/GC is applicable only on purchases equal to or exceeding its value.

Multiple vouchers can be used in a single transaction.

Each voucher is for one-time use only.

Any unused amount from the GV/GC will not be refunded or credited.

Expired vouchers cannot be revalidated.

These vouchers can be redeemed during promotional or sale periods.

Redemption is not allowed on certain blackout dates, which may be added or removed at Prestige’s sole discretion.

Any disputes related to the GV/GC must be directed to XO Privilege, whose decision will be final.

While every effort is made to ensure smooth redemption, Prestige reserves the right to refuse acceptance in case of any technical or administrative issues.

In case a GV/GC gets blocked due to a technical problem, it will be reactivated within 72 hours.
