These Gift Vouchers / e-Pay balances cannot be redeemed through online platforms.

You may combine multiple vouchers and add their balances together in your e-Pay account.
Pigeon Terms & Conditions

This Pigeon Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) is valid only at the specified Pigeon Exclusive Stores.

The person in possession of the GV/GC is considered the rightful owner.

The GV can be converted into an e-Pay balance according to the holder’s convenience.

Multiple GVs can be combined and added together into a single e-Pay account.

GV/GC are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.

These vouchers cannot be used during Exchange Offers at Pigeon Exclusive Stores.

Stove Kraft Limited and XO Privilege are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged GV/GC.

Stove Kraft Limited’s liability will never exceed the value of the GV/GC.

The holder is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
