This is a Marks & Spencer Gift Voucher (GV) / e-Pay and can be redeemed for any product at listed stores, mobile app, or at https://www.marksandspencer.in/.

The person holding the Marks & Spencer GV / e-Pay is considered the beneficiary.

Once vouchers are added to e-Pay online, they cannot be used in physical retail stores.

The GV / e-Pay cannot be revalidated once expired.

The GV can be converted into e-Pay, which can be partially used at the holder’s convenience.

GV / e-Pay is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.

Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.

The GV / e-Pay can be used along with ongoing sales and promotions.

Marks & Spencer and XO Privilege are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen GV / e-Pay.

Any disputes must be referred to the company, whose decision will be final.

GV / e-Pay issuance is subject to the company’s terms.

Marks & Spencer will make best efforts to accept GV / e-Pay, but due to technical or administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse acceptance without liability.
