Kiehl’s Gift Voucher / Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

This Kiehl’s Insta Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) is valid for use at listed Kiehl’s outlets and on their official website.

The person holding the GV or GC code is considered the beneficiary.

The gift voucher or card can be used to purchase Kiehl’s products at participating stores, excluding the purchase of other gift cards or loyalty cards.

Kiehl’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the gift voucher or card.

Multiple vouchers or cards can be used in a single transaction but cannot be redeemed for cash.

This is a one-time use gift voucher/card.
-
No credit or refund will be issued for any unused balance.

Any unused balance will automatically expire.

Gift vouchers/cards cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.

The gift voucher/card can be combined with one existing promotional offer.

Gift vouchers/cards cannot be redeemed on specific blackout dates, which may be changed at Kiehl’s discretion without liability.

Any disputes regarding the gift voucher/card should be referred to the issuing company, whose decision shall be final. Legal jurisdiction lies with courts in New Delhi.

Kiehl’s will make reasonable efforts to accept gift vouchers/cards, but in cases of technical issues or other reasons beyond their control, acceptance is not guaranteed, and Kiehl’s holds no liability.

If a gift voucher/card is blocked due to technical issues, it will be re-enabled within 72 hours. Refunds for failed transactions will be processed automatically within 48 hours.

Kiehl’s reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any gift voucher/card suspected of being duplicated.

Kiehl’s liability for any claims will not exceed the disputed voucher or card value.

If the purchase amount exceeds the gift voucher/card balance, the holder must pay the remaining amount by cash, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.

Use of the gift voucher/card indicates acceptance of these terms and any amendments.
