Gift Vouchers / e-Pay are accepted at all participating physical stores.

These Vouchers / e-Pay cannot be redeemed for online purchases.

You can use your Vouchers / e-Pay even during ongoing sales or promotions.

Multiple Gift Vouchers can be combined and added to your e-Pay balance for a single transaction.

This Gift Voucher (GV) / e-Pay is valid at the following stores only: Aldo, Charles & Keith, Call It Spring, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Inglot, Victoria’s Secret, Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Bath & Body Works, and R&B.

The individual in possession of the GV / e-Pay is considered the rightful beneficiary.

Gift Vouchers can be converted to e-Pay for ease of use.

Multiple Gift Vouchers can be combined and added to a single e-Pay balance.

Only valid GVs / e-Pay, as determined by the Apparel Group, will be accepted for redemption.

The e-Pay balance must be linked to a registered mobile number.

e-Pay balances are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency.

Expired GVs / e-Pay cannot be revalidated.

Apparel Group, XO Privilege, or their affiliates are not liable for misuse resulting from the sharing of GV codes or account credentials.

In case of any technical issue causing blockage of GV / e-Pay, it will be reactivated within 72 hours.

Any disputes should be directed to the issuing company. Their decision will be final and binding.

Apparel Group or XO Privilege reserves the right to suspend or cancel the GV / e-Pay in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized usage.

Terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Apparel Group or XO Privilege without prior notice.
