These vouchers cannot be redeemed through online purchases.

Gift Vouchers and e-Pay can be used even during ongoing sales.

You may combine multiple vouchers and add them to your e-Pay balance for ease of use.
Terms & Conditions for BATH & BODY WORKS Gift Voucher / e-Pay

This Gift Voucher (GV) / e-Pay is valid only at Aldo, Charles & Keith, Call It Spring, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Inglot, Victoria’s Secret, Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Bath & Body Works, and R&B stores.

The person holding the GV/e-Pay is considered the rightful beneficiary.

The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the convenience of the holder.

Multiple GVs can be combined and added to a single e-Pay balance.

Redemption is allowed only for valid GVs/e-Pay, subject to the sole discretion of the Apparel Group.

The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.

e-Pay cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other currency.

Once expired, GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated.

Neither Apparel Group, XO Privilege, nor its affiliates will be liable if the GV number or account details are shared leading to unauthorized use.

In case of technical issues causing blockage of GV/e-Pay, it will be reactivated within 72 hours.

Any disputes should be addressed to the company that issued the GV/e-Pay, whose decision will be final.

Apparel Group or XO Privilege reserve the right to suspend or terminate the GV/e-Pay in case of any fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

The terms and conditions of the GV/e-Pay may be modified or updated by Apparel Group or XO Privilege at any time.
