Cleartrip Important Instructions

A maximum of 15 Gift Cards can be used in a single booking for Flights or Hotels.

Gift Cards can be redeemed online at www.cleartrip.com.

Flight bookings can be made via the Cleartrip mobile app or website: https://www.cleartrip.com/.

Gift Cards cannot be combined with any other offers, including cashback, discounts, or specific credit/debit card promotions.

A convenience fee will be applicable on all bookings made using Gift Cards.
Cleartrip Generic Terms & Conditions
1.Cleartrip GV/GC is issued by Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) to issue such Gift Cards.
2.GV/GC can be redeemed online against booking of Flights and Hotels on www.cleartrip.com or the Cleartrip Mobile App.
3.GV/GC can be purchased on the Platform using the following payment modes only – Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, and Net Banking.
4.Products and services are subject to availability.
5.GV/GC validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
6.GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any other offer including but not limited to cashback, discounts, etc. on a particular credit/debit card.
7.Any balance amount left on the used GV/GC can be reused within the validity period.
8.The maximum amount of each GV/GC cannot exceed Rs.10,000/.
9.Cleartrip is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission. GV/GC once issued cannot be re-issued nor can the PIN be reset.
10.The GV/GC cannot be canceled, replaced, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
11.If the order value exceeds the GV/GC amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or any other applicable payment mode.
12.The convenience Fee will be applicable for all GV/GC bookings.
13.In case of transaction failures, after GV/GC is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to GV/GC.
14.Cleartrip reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects that there is fraud or duplicity of GV/GC.
15.In no event, the liability of Cleartrip for any claims arising from the purchase or usage of GV/GC shall exceed the value of the respective Gift Card.
16.GV/GC is for individual use only, Travel agents found using Gift Cards would lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund would be made.
17.You can combine a maximum of 15 Gift Cards in a single booking for Hotels / Flights booking.
18.Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase GV/GC
19.GV/GC cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards and can’t be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
20.Cleartrip at its sole discretion reserves the right to change or revise the above terms and conditions.
21.There is no fee or other charges associated with GV/GC purchase.
