Amazon Fresh Terms & Conditions
1.These terms and conditions apply to Amazon Fresh Vouchers issued by Pine Labs under the brand name of Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (“Amazon Fresh Voucher”).
2. Please visit www.amazon.in/fresh to check if your pin code is eligible for Amazon Fresh deliveries.
3.  An Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be transferred or canceled once it is issued.
4.   Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Fresh Voucher.
5.   Amazon Vouchers (including Amazon Shopping Voucher, Amazon Prime Voucher and Amazon Fresh Voucher) are not eligible for use on Amazon Business marketplace effective 15th November ’23.
6. Beneficiaries of the Amazon Fresh Voucher GV/GC can apply the 13-digit alphanumeric code on //www.amazon.in/vouchers and add the voucher balance to his/her Amazon.in account.
7.   Amazon Fresh Voucher (including any unused Amazon Fresh Voucher balance) has an expiry of 12 months from the date of activation, subject to the applicable terms.
8.   Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
9.   Pine Labs, Amazon Pay, or their affiliates are not responsible if an Amazon Fresh Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
10. Amazon Fresh Voucher are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 – 48 hours.
11. Amazon.in logo/trademark used on Amazon Fresh Voucher is an IP of Amazon Pay or its affiliates and the Pine Labs trademark/logo used on Amazon Fresh Voucher is an IP of Pine Labs.
12. Pine Labs reserves the right to change these Amazon Fresh Voucher terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions apply to the extent permitted by law.
